Vale Construction is a design-build home remodeling company and general contractor based in Alexandria, Virginia. We hold a Virginia Class A Contractor License — the Commonwealth's highest contractor classification — and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every job. Homeowners hire us for kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, home additions and whole-home renovations. We work as the general contractor on most projects: one contract, one schedule, and one team accountable for design decisions, permits and inspections, the trades on site, and the finish work at the end. Most of what we build is in Alexandria — Old Town, Del Ray, Rosemont, Seminary Hill, North Ridge and Potomac Yard — with regular projects in Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna and across Fairfax County. The company operates as Vale Home Improvement LLC and holds a Virginia Class A Contractor License, #2705112621, issued by the Virginia Board for Contractors and valid through August 31, 2027. Class A is the Commonwealth's highest contractor classification and carries no dollar limit on the size of a project. The license covers Residential Building, Commercial Building, Home Improvement, Plumbing and Electrical work. Alfredo Esquivel also holds Virginia Tradesman License #2710061498 as a Master Plumber and Master Electrician, valid through May 31, 2028. Vale carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation on every project.
